Hide Location Comments from various Groups
The ability to hide location comments from various users in the system.
From UMass Amherst:
"We use the Comments field associated with the Locations to save internal notes pertinent to the respective location. We see that the Comments field is visible when you look at the ‘Details’. Is there any way to hide those comments? We want them visible only to the administrators with all access."

Pamela MasonWe create a Custom Attribute for internal notes on Locations. This is because we want to encourage departments to use the Comments for important information about a Location for all users. We then control the visibility of the Custom Attribute by security group and the config settings.

MossYes please!! A version of the "internal notes" on locations would be perfect.

Bonnie HendricksonA comment from another suggestion - We need internal notes (visibility can be restricted) boxes on pretty much everything. Pricing sheets, locations, resources, contacts.
Now that we are paperless we need places to put notes that should not be seen by other non-administrative users.
We are really struggling with this problem.
