Event form configurations that change based on answers to questions

Rather than having a single static configuration for the event form, allow it to dynamically adapt based on the user's submissions as they create an event.

In my opinion, this would be a game-changer. Also think about custom attributes where if you say yes to one boolean question, it then opens up the follow-up questions you need to answer while if you say no you never see those custom attributes. That would be stellar!

This would be very beneficial to use. It would also help we could tie questions to Locations and Resources. We have some Locations like the large Auditorium that if an event is being scheduled they need to know if they will need custom lighting and other things that are only options for that space.

We're tracking that at another link but will be leaving this suggestion open for a more wide ranging flexibility on the event form--not just attributes changing based on user input but the entire configuration of editors.

This would make 25Live resolve a lot of our campus problems in terms of bringing both and event schedule and academic scheduling functionality into one campus tool. Ideal would have a report that could be generated as a result of selections that would be an event planning "checklist" meaning what tasks will need to be completed by the event host in order to move their event through the review/approval process.

With the ability to specify Event Rules a user can create different types of scenarios which specify Custom Attributes or Locations / Resources that can be dynamically added to the event.
