Better logging in audit trail for events
Indicate more clearly what has changed when an event is edited rather than just saying "modify". For example:
Indication when notification/assignment policy tasks are completed
(DONE) Notification that an event name was changed, from what to what?
(DONE) Notification that an event start/end time was changed, from what to what?
Notification that an event’s occurrence dates were changed or added or deleted or individual cancelled, from what to what?
Notification that an event was cancelled/deleted or flipped to tentative and the Location was released, from what to what?
(DONE) Notification that the event was unassigned from the Location
(DONE) Notification that an event’s instructors’ name was changed, from what to what?
Record change of ownership
(DONE) Track headcount changes
Track adding an event to a related event set
Track changes to assigned resource quantity as part of assigning/unassigning

Megan ParravanoYes, please! This would help since we have several schedulers who can edit events and several people working on the same events!

Michelle BrightWe have a large revenue-generating unit that relies heavily on a custom attribute field. It would be nice to have some tracking of when/who it was changed.

Kenny MThe new "Request Cancellation" button doesn't create an entry in the Audit Trail.....and it really should, so that it is timestamped. Such as "xyz user" "Assigned Task: Requested Cancellation".

Whitney LopezMore details in the audit trail would be helpful for task approvers and space approvers. The system only states modify and it's difficult to determine what info was changed.

Shawna ThompsonWhen an invoice is generated and sent to Freshbooks it would be helpful to have this information, including the user that generated the invoice in the audit trail.

Iyan Barrera-SandriIt would also be helpful to have when resources and locations are requested for an event after the first event creation

Lauren KoonceAlso include information in the audit trail when inline editing happens. This affects when people are pulling reports and trying to figure out what has been updated since the last pull and it doesn't show that it was modified.

Bonnie HendricksonThis would be great for noting who has approved a location when there are multiple approvers. We need to know who approve and who didn't. (It would be even better if it was noted in a column on the Event Task List)
