Groups - Configure Assignment Policy Screen

I like that we can now create our own custom Assignment policy. What i need to be able to do now is set which security policies options show on the screen by default. Since we are decentralized any object that can be assigned the minimum permissions we all are Not Requestable/Unassign. This is so people can cancel their events without confusion. I really need to remove the options we do not allow and have the custom option always there. I have accidentally select the wrong option on more than one occasion and this would really help.
