Ability to Attach Files to a Location
Since going paperless we are attempting to keep all pertinent documents in 25Live. For locations that require specific waivers or have MOUs that we must reference, it would be wonderful if we could attach those to the location itself. For example, we have a brand new building with a training kitchen and food labs that have policies and procedures and a waiver specific to them. It would be helpful/efficient if we could access those forms there on the locations.
A general 25Live library for documents could be helpful as well. If we can't attach to the location we could store them in the "library" and note in the location comments that they exist.

Pamela MasonAlthough I can see the convenience of this I don't recommend it. To meet web accessibility requirements you should try not using attachments that people have to look at as little as possible. We tell our departments that they should create these on our website and then we add Custom Attributes that are URLs on the Locations. That way they can also just and hyperlinks to the websites wherever they are needed. The ability for people to create webpages requires they go through accessibility training which is easier than creating a web accessible attachment. This is because there are control inside the webpage builder that help maintain accessibility. Also web accessibility checkers cannot look into attachments to see if they are web accessible so anytime attachments are published, which is what this use would be, you will have to have your own audit process to make sure they always meet web accessibility.
