Event Save Emails - add location variables e.g. Location Comments and Default Instructions

We would like to include location-specific information in our event save emails. We'd particularly like to access the Comments and Default Instructions data fields on locations, but I can see a use for any of the fields within locations as well.

Sometimes after a room is reserved, especially during express registration, we need to inform the user of specific details or instructions (e.g. "please retrieve the key from the front desk"). We're currently unable to do this with the event save emails dynamically, which means we have to hard-code information in the emails.

This is key to our operations as well. What the point of having default instructions (locations and resources!) if they can't be populated on confirmation email!?.
NEED to have default instructions, layouts and such as options on these emails.

Yes, we have certain rooms that need a code and it would be great to have a variable tied to the location that can auto-populated into the confirmation email. Having to build a scenario and template for each room that requires unique instructions for access is not very efficient.
