Editing Group Name / Description clears entry if no change made

In Groups Administration, if you click the Edit (pencil) icon to update the Description of a group but don't actually make a change, and just click the Save icon, the Description is removed. If you do the same for the Name, it doesn't clear the entry, but a message appears stating that the name must be at least 3 characters long (or that the group name already exists).
