Relationship of Subdivision/Restriced to Location on Resources

Need to be able to set a relationship between Resources and Location to control when it can be requested and assigned. There are resources that are part of a Location so can only be used in that Location. Some belong to s specific department so they only allow them to be used in their locations, usually because there is no one to deliver them anywhere on campus. The new features in the Event Form help with this but do not solve the issue of needing to restrict them from being requested based on Location requested/assigned. If the Location they are restricted to is not assigned to the event then the resource cannot be assigned. Also if the location is removed the resources are removed. The other reason for wanting it as part of Resource setup is because the people that setup and maintain the Resources need to be able to set this up or change it. Modification to the Event Form is restricted to just the System Admin.
