Assignment window trigers express scheduling

Currently the change in assignment window does not trigger express scheduling on a location. Could the change from request to assign on the assignment window also trigger express scheduling to open for the user? This would be useful to limit express booking to a relative time to the current date (can only express book a room 7 days in advance but can still request the room earlier).
