Event Scenario - Date Range option

In Create Scenario, it would be helpful to have an option to select a date range listed under the Criteria drop down for events that a Scenario should be applied to / active between.

For example:
The university implements a new Covid restriction that will impact events occurring between January 25 - February 27. Using Event Scenarios, I can set-up a Scenario in which I select a date range under the Criteria drop down and all events occurring within that selected range automatically receive the email template I have created.
