Set default time blocks

Our Event Form drop-down menu for selecting times is in 30 minute increments… we would like to be able to set a different default, much like setting Index Break Points (specifically for us, 15-minute increments).

I would like to have this feature as well, but it would like to be able to set a different default for each event form.
