Show Required Setup/Takedown Time as Unavailable on Availability Grid

If a location has required setup/takedown time on all layouts, show that time as unavailable on the Availability Grid for that location.

I would like it to be separately identifiable thought, That way if work needed to be done on equipment in the room it they would see the reason the room was unavailable was setup or take down for the event which may be ok for them to go and do what they need to do.
