Limit how far out Standard -2 User can see events (limit by date, or rolling basis like 180 days).

Hello! I would like to request that CollegeNet finds a way to limit Standard -2 User access so that users in this group can only see events so far out (right now they can see through the end of the cabinet). For example, if a user in this group goes to the Ballroom, they can see (and click into) events in the Ballroom pretty far out. We still want to take new requests in (which we do via drafts for future terms/years). But our scheduling calendar is only "open" through the end of 1-2 fiscal years from the current day. Limiting this access is helpful because we pre-plot many large-scale University-wide events (over 100) that we do not want to publicly share until we are ready to "open" scheduling for the common requestor.

My specific request is this: Please limit “view access” to events in the ballroom (all spaces, but ballroom as an example) to either the end of the fiscal year (June 30th, 2022 for example) or on a rolling basis like 180 days (6 months). Thanks! -FGCU
