Restrict Security Group Ability to Modify Users in -1 Administrator Group

It would be very helpful to have a quick toggle in the Groups tool for Can / Cannot "Place contacts in / Remove users from -1 Administrator Security Group". We have several Functional Administrator groups in our environment which grant area-specific administration access to 25Live, and the most significant difference between Functional and -1 Administrators is that Functional Admins should not be able to delete objects; however, these users can still place themselves or others into the -1 Administrator seat to delete objects.
