Location Alerts When Searching Locations in Event Form

When searching for locations in the Event Form, it would be helpful to have an icon (such as an exclamation point) that informs the user there is something important to know before requesting the room. Ideally the user could hover over the icon to display the message.

For example, if the projector in a classroom is broken and won't be fixed for a few weeks, the user should know that before they request the location. If the user know this, they could decide to request a different location, or go ahead with requesting the location knowing that the projector does not work.
