Add date ranges to activation of Event Save Emails

The 'Active' setting for Event Save Emails can be set to No or Yes. It would be so helpful when we choose Yes, we have an option to set dates of when the scenario is active. This would help our Academic Schedulers during the first few weeks of the term.
