Event Form: Remove Repeat Occurrence Warning for Groups without Repeating Events Option

We're enjoying the great improvements to the web form that have allowed us to make the customizations that we need. One of these recent improvements was to be able to suppress the ability of the user to create repeating events. This has helped a lot with controlling one-time reservation requests.

Now, however, when a user creates a reservation that passes midnight (we expect this, since they are checking out items for use at events) the event duration initiates a Warning message that is confusing because it doesn't apply. This user can't make repeating requests, so reference to occurrences is a problem here.
