Add a 'Recommended Locations' Target Type to Event Form Rule Settings
The ability to add 'Recommended Locations' (similar to 'Recommended Resources') in the event form would make it easier for users to select a location. A use case is when certain event types can only be held in specific locations. If the event type is selected, the user is presented with the recommended locations to choose from.

Ayodele BondGreat idea! It would be especially nice if the list of Recommended Locations would draw from a location search so the rule would not have to be updated as frequently.

We want to show small specific lists of locations in the event form based on media equipment needs.
The person creating the event would not be assumed to know every configuration available upon opening the event form.
I have been attempting to use conditional rules, or searches to help users find a specific list of locations based on questions in the event form.
So far, I have not come across a way to show, for instance, a short list of locations with an Owl camera based on a question such as "will your meeting require a camera and room microphone?"
None of this results in a list of specific locations to pick from that meet conditional criteria.
The closest I can get so far is to make some public searches that reflect the equipment, but this is not optimal as searches have very short name length restrictions, and public search lists are too long to be navigated by end users. -

Tammy MillerIt would be very useful to have the ability to have Recommended Locations which would work as Recommended Resources do now. I am setting up Motor Pool requests via an event form and would like to be able to do this.

Jose Cristobal Vasquez RodriguezHello, it would be useful to have recommended locations since it is quite complex for the end user to have to select the category in the form to make a reservation.

Michelle BrightAs an administrator of a large multi-campus institution, this functionality is becoming increasingly important as more and more of our units would like to use 25Live, but existing 25Live Public User security doesn't work well for us.
