Search Criteria - Add the option to search for events with attachments

Add the ability to search for events with file attachments to event searches. From Tina Hoff:

We are very excited about using attachments in this next version, so I've been testing some scenarios here. The one thing I don't see is the ability to search for any / all events that contain attachments. Is this something that is being considered?

I know that my catering manager will demand a simple way to find her attachments - she'll balk at searching on every event with "Catering" resources, and then looking at Event Details.

This would be fantastic. In the current state, hard to find the attachments or do anything with them.
Adding a report that would pull in the attachments would be next level after this search is possible.
Anyone else want that?

This would be great to have this part event search criteria but also having an option to remove attachments with bulk editing. This would allow -1 admins to remove old attachments on past events.

Since 2020, attachments have been a huge part of our institution's procedure not only for documenting event history in attachment form (i.e. e-mail conversations, setup details, work orders) but also for scan-and-attach contracts. A lot of these were legacy, and I've come to realize that contracts can now be better housed in Document Management. Nonetheless, I have more than a few years of attachments and no good way to locate them all! I understand that they could be wiped for CollegeNET to conserve server space. I could use a helping hand to off load what I currently have!
