Search by default capacities in Location Search Screen

As a department scheduler, I need to be able to create saved locations searches based on the default capacity rather than the maximum capacity. Currently the Location Search Capacities are based on max capacity.

This would be very helpful during COVID19 times where we have multiple capacities in the system.
