Allow contact roles as targets for rules

Just like custom attributes can be added to an event based on location, resource, or organization using conditional rules (https://knowledge25.collegenet.com/display/25HELP/Adding+Conditional+Event+Form+Rules+for+the+25Live+Pro+Event+Form) it would be helpful to have contact roles available this way instead of requiring that they be tied to an event type.
