Allow multiple contacts for a single contact role
Sometimes a single contact role needs to have multiple people associated with it. This would be more useful than requiring a 1:1 relationship between roles and people.

Pamela MasonContacts should be added then assigned a role. So you could have any number of contacts under any number of roles. For instance events of ten have more than one schedulers for use. I think the Event Form Rules for roles should more be to have a minimum of one of that role on an event. This would work more like contacts, if the Event Form Rules say there is a minimum of one of a role required then a blank drop down would show with the role already filled in and not editable. Then there would still be the option to add additional contact by searching for a contact and selecting them, once selected a drop down for their role would appear. Role should be required.

Nancy MergedOur Memorial Union office is in charge of scheduling for our Performing Arts Center (PAC), so the person who requested the event is the Requestor and the Union employee who created it is the Scheduler. Our PAC manager needs the ability to edit the Comments on events held in that location. If there was an option to add a second Scheduler for an event, that would provide the necessary access. I've already worked with your support team (#41208 / #41521), but the potential solutions were not appropriate for our situation.
