Pre and post times adjustable by occurrence

With each occurrence being able to adjust by time of the event, the pre and post set up time should also be adjustable by occurrence.

This can be accomplished using Event Segments (Or Related Events). Each segment can have its own Setup, Takedown, Pre Event and Post Event time set. This is the recommendation also for locations that have different setup/takedown times though they may be used for the same event. Example - the Ballroom reservation could be in one segment with extended setup and takedown times, but the break out rooms could all be in one additional segment, because their setup and takedown times are the same.
