Edit location and resource assignments inline on the Occurrences view

It would be good to edit, add, and remove assigned locations and resources directly from the Occurrences tab without opening the event form.

Although this would make some things easier. It needs to either enforce Assignment Policy and/or the ability to be controlled through Functional Security permissions.

In-line editing of resource & location instructions directly from the occurrence tab would be especially helpful too!

Suggestion - Inline editing supersedes, or bypasses, event form rules. Running into problems with event form rules not allowing resources to be removed. Inline editing could solve that! and it would just be super sweet anyway...
