In automatic email senarios, enable "which rule sent this email" for admin debugging

In our instance of 25Live, I receive several different emails from various rules that I have had to set up for users. It would be nice to be able to have a message at the bottom of the email that says "This email was triggered by 'Rule Name' using 'Scenario Name'." or similar wording.

We've added template variables for the scenario and templates that can be added to email templates to convey this information.
